The Air Force Branch of the Department of Defense is the civilian leadership of the Order of the Air Force.

Air Force Procurement Committee
The Air Force Procurement Committee determines what specific equipment, weapons, vehicles, and materiel the order needs. It is a joint civilian/military committee.
