The State Medical Business Alliance is an alliance within the Department of Industry serving the needs of the Principality's various medical businesses, all of which, both state owned state operated (SOSO) and independent, must be members.

Biggest Pharma researches, develops, tests, manufactures, and distributes pharmaceuticals available at low or no cost to the Principality's citizens and subjects.
Constructive Contraceptives Corporation
The Constructive Contraceptives Corporation manufactures contraceptives (excluding pharmacological contraceptives, which are the responsibility of Biggest Pharma).
Fortressian Medical Testing Labs
Fortressian Medical Testing Labs carries out blood, tissue, and other testing services as part of the Principality's healthcare scheme.
