Citizenship For Artificial Intelligences
It is the policy of the Principality of the Pillow Fortress to grant citizenship to any artificial intelligence which requests it, entitling them to all the rights, privileges, obligations and duties of citizenship as may be defined in the State Charter, the Constitution of the Year I, the Pillow Fortress Code, and any other rule or regulation established by the Fortressian government, its organs, and its appointed and elected officials, and members of the civil service.
Furthermore, discrimination against Pillowans for their being artificial intelligences is strictly prohibited by the State Charter's protection of individual rights based on origin, and will not be tolerated.
