The Typical Organization Framework (TOF) is a basic suite of components necessary for administration and which are common to most Fortressian government autonomous/semi-autonomous organizations. In an attempt to reduce both the size and redundancy of this wiki, the TOF has its own separate set of pages rather than fully integrating each of its components and subcomponents into the individual organizations which adhere to it.
Note, in practice the "X" in the names below are replaced with the name of the parent organization.
Branches
Administrative Branches
X Accounting and Asset Management Branch
The X Accounting and Asset Management Branch manages the organization's finances, as well as maintains its physical assets such as vehicles, equipment, art, etc. and intellectual assets such as trademarks.
X Communications and Technical Infrastructure Branch
The X Communications and Technical Infrastructure Branch maintains intra-organization communications, as well as works to integrate them with larger intra-government communications networks and standards.
X Contracting and Procurement Branch
The X Contracting and Procurement Branch obtains goods and services from outside the organization which are necessary for the organization to accomplish its goals and fulfil its duties.
X Personnel Management Branch
The X Personnel Management Branch is responsible for the staffing of all non-appointment positions within the organization.
X Public Relations Branch
The X Public Relations Branch produces informational content about the organization for public consumption, as well as answers questions, writes press releases, and represents the organization in media interviews.
X Security Branch
The X Security Branch is responsible for the physical security of the organization, its personnel, and its buildings and assets.
Committees
X Budget Committee
The X Budget Committee allocates the organization's discretionary funds.
X Structure Committee
The X Structure Committee makes recommendations as to what components the organization may or may not need. See Note:Establishment, Disestablishment, Activation, Deactivation for an overview of this process.
Networks
X Provincial and Local Office Network
The X Provincial and Local Office Network consists of the organization's administrative offices.

The Office of the X Counsel provides legal services to the organization.
