The Order of the Army is the ground based component of the Platinum Band, tasked with fighting in the land battlespace. It is the largest of the orders, consisting of various kinds of infantry, as well as artillery, armored units.

Commands

Army Air Support Command

Army Air Support Command (2AASCOM) trains, manages, staffs, and raises units specializing in providing close in air support and troop and materiel transport at the tactical and operational levels.

Army Engineering Command

Army Engineering Command (2ARENCOM) trains, manages, staffs, and raises units specializing in combat engineering, such as the construction and repair of fortifications, the building of temporary structures, and the disassembly and study of enemy structures.

Ground Logistics Command

Ground Logistics Command (2GROLCOM) trains, manages, staffs, and raises the ground component of the Platinum Band's logistical trains, in concert with the Defense Logistics Branch and under the Logistics Command.

Occupational Troop Command

Occupational Troop Command (2OTCOM) trains, manages, staffs, and raises units specializing in the long term occupation of enemy territory. Equipment, training, and combat doctrine is focused on low level engagements in urban and suburban environments, and supporting civilian occupational authorities.

Reserve Troop Command

Reserve Troop Command (2RETCOM) trains, manages, staffs, and raises units of the strategic reserve, those personnel that can be called upon during times of war and emergency, but that don't serve in a day to day capacity.

Special Troop Command

Special Troop Command (2SPETCOM) trains, manages, staffs, and raises the ground component of the Platinum Band's special forces capabilities.

Troop Command

Troop Command (2TROCOM) trains, manages, staffs, and raises units specializing in ground combat. This includes various forms of infantry, armor, motorized, mechanized, and support units.

Army Zoological Agency

The Army Zoological Agency breeds and trains animals for military purposes, including but not limited to horses, dogs, and certain species of birds. These animals, once having the necessary skills, are distributed to the appropriate units of the Platinum Band.

Networks

Army Base Network

The Army Base Network consists of all bases and facilities owned and operated by the Order of the Army. It includes those bases shared among the various orders of the Platinum Band where the Army is the one with the largest percentage of administrative responsibility.

Offices

Office of the Chief Army Communications Officer

The Office of the Chief Army Communications Officer represents the Order of the Army when engaging with public relations, working closely with and being subordinate to the Army Branch Spox.

Schools

Army Academy

The Army Academy is the order's officer training institution.

Services

Army Information and Statistics Service

The Army Information and Statistics Service studies and collects information about the order and makes it available to the Department of Defense, the Directory, and the Throne.

Army General Staff

The Army General Staff serves as the commanding unit for the order.
