The Emigration Branch of the Department of Immigration & Emigration manages the flow of Pillowans leaving the Principality to live elsewhere, specifically on a long term or permanent basis. Emigration from the Pillow Fortress is considered a policy failure, and so the branch is mostly devoted to understanding the reasons for emigration and enticing citizens to stay.

The Office of the Undersecretary of Emigration is the main organ through which the branch is run day-to-day.

The Emigrant Registry is the official list of all Pillowans who have left the Pillow Fortress.
