State Of Emergency
The low population of the Pillow Fortress, currently one citizen, is a dire threat to the future existence of the Principality. Thus, a state of emergency is declared until such time as the population has reached sustainable levels. During this state of emergency, the First Princess shall be vested with all powers otherwise delegated to the Directory, the Throne, the Xeer, and any and all other state organizations and institutions.
