The Office of the Chief Army Commissar is the organ through which the commissariat is run day-to-day.

4702nd Reserve Motorized Infantry Legion
The 4702nd Reserve Motorized Infantry Legion consists of army commissars that are currently not assigned to another unit. Should any component of the Pillow Fortress Armed Forces mutiny against the Princess and her government, this unit can be called upon to quell any such coup or revolt.
