Establishing the First Public-Private Partnership
A public-private partnership (PPP) is hereby established through mutual agreement between the Principality of the Pillow Fortress and the periodical The Fortressian Letter, for the benefit of both, and lasting until Outwork 9 whereupon it may be renewed for another fixed term of no more than 20 years. Under the guidelines of this PPP The Fortressian Letter will continue to be posted to the Pillow Fortress Wiki, and be archived by the Library of the Pillow Fortress, as well as being linked to on appropriate official state social media accounts. Editorial control of The Fortressian Letter will remain independent and free of government influence.
