The Animal Protection Agency is an independent agency under the authority of the Department of the Interior which serves to protect the Principality's animal life, both wild and domesticated.
The Animal Protection Agency adheres to the Typical Organization Framework in addition to the following components:
Branches
Animal Adoption Branch
The Animal Adoption Branch provides adoption services for domestic animals.
Animal Removal and Relocation Branch
The Animal Removal and Relocation Branch captures wild animals which have intruded into urban and otherwise human populated areas and relocates them back into their appropriate habitats.
Anti-Poaching Branch
The Anti-Poaching Branch investigates, prosecutes, and stymies the hunting of legally protected species.
Hunting and Fishing Licensing Branch
The Hunting and Fishing Licensing Branch issues licenses for the legal killing of certain wild animals.
Networks
Animal Shelter Network
The Animal Shelter Network consists of all such locations operated by the agency.
