The Homelessness Prevention Branch of the Department of Housing & Urban Development seeks to, in so far as possible, eliminate homelessness from the Principality. Ideally the State Housing Scheme would be enough to accomplish this task, but it's understood that there will always be some circumstances which leave people out on the street, and which must be accounted for.

The Office of the Undersecretary of Homelessness Prevention is the main organ through which the branch is run day-to-day.
