The Navy Branch of the Department of Defense is the civilian leadership of the Order of the Navy.
Committees
The Navy Budget Committee allocates the Order of the Navy's discretionary budget.
The Navy Procurement Committee determines what specific equipment, weapons, vehicles, and materiel the order needs. It is a joint civilian/military committee.
