Social Security Fraud Investigation Section

The Social Security Fraud Investigation Section investigates alleged and possible fraud against any of the Principality's social security schemes, referring any such cases to the Department of Justice.

The Disability Pension Scheme provides supplementary income to those with physical or mental disabilities which prevent them from being employed.

Retirement Pension Scheme

The Retirement Pension Scheme provides supplementary income to those who have retired and are no longer working.

Unemployment Payment Scheme

The Unemployment Payment Scheme provides supplementary income to those who have been terminated from their jobs to assist them until they can find another source of employment.

Worker Compensation Scheme

The Worker Compensation Scheme provides supplementary income to those who have been injured and are thus temporarily unable to work.
