The Department of Sport & Recreation oversees and manages Principality sponsored sports teams, leagues, and competitions, as well as providing Pillowans with various recreational opportunities. It secretary is recommended by the Council of State.
The Department of Sport & Recreation adheres to the Typical Organization Framework in addition to the following components:
Branches
e-Sports Branch
The e-Sports Branch manages the Principality's professional e-sports leagues.
Recreation Branch
The Recreation Branch offers recreational services to Pillowans.
Traditional Sports Branch
The Traditional Sports Branch manages the Principality's professional traditional, i.e. non e-sport, leagues.
Committees
Pillow Fortress Interstate Competition Committee
The Pillow Fortress Interstate Competition Committee coordinates with foreign states for the participation of Pillowans in external sporting competitions and vice versa.
Independent Agencies
Doping & Cheating Investigation Agency
The Doping & Cheating Investigation Agency ensures the high caliber of Fortressian competition by investigating and exposing instances of steroid abuse, cheating, and other unsportsmanlike conduct.

Stadium, Arena, and Other Sports Venue Network
The Stadium, Arena, and Other Sports Venue Network consists of all state owned state operated sports venues, including but not limited to football and soccer fields, baseball diamonds, golf courses, tennis courts, and bowling alleys.
State Pub Network
The State Pub Network consists of all state owned state operated pubs, taverns, and bars.
State Resort Network
The State Resort Network consists of all state owned state operated resorts.
State Theme Park Network
The State Theme Park Network consists of all state owned state operated theme and amusement parks.

The Office of the Secretary of Sport & Recreation is the main organ through which the department is managed on the day-to-day level.

The Office of the Undersecretary of Administration, Department of Sport & Recreation is responsible for all those organizational components of the department which fall under the TOF.

The Office of the Undersecretary of SOSO Businesses, Department of Sport & Recreation is responsible for overseeing the various state owned state operated businesses subordinate to the department.

Fortressian Amusements Unlimited
Fortressian Amusements Unlimited designs, manufactures, and constructs rollercoasters and other amusement rides, as well as consulting on the layout and theming of theme parks.
Fortressian Bed and Breakfast Association
The Fortressian Bed and Breakfast Association consists of public and private bed and breakfast operators working together to provide high quality lodging.
Fortressian Resort Association
The Fortressian Resort Association consists of public and private resorts working together to provide high quality vacation experiences.
Pillow Fortress Water Parks
Pillow Fortress Water Parks constructs, staffs, and maintains the Principality's various public pools and water parks.
Pillow Pubs
Pillow Pubs runs the Principality's SOSO pubs, bars, and taverns in order to provide a quality drinking culture to the people of the Pillow Fortress.
State Gymnasium Association
The State Gymnasium Association consists of public and private gyms working together to provide quality training and exercise services.
