The Army Commissariat is the collection of Libertine Party commissars embedded within the Order of the Army tasked with maintaining the loyalty and morale of its personnel.

The 47th Congressional Guard provides security at Party congresses.
4702nd Reserve Motorized Infantry Legion
The 4702nd Reserve Motorized Infantry Legion consists of army commissars that are currently not assigned to another unit. Should any component of the Pillow Fortress Armed Forces mutiny against the Princess and her government, this unit can be called upon to quell any such coup or revolt.
4712th Army Training Legion
The 4712th Army Training Legion is used for training new army commissars.
