The 4707th Reserve Espatier Legion consists of spacy commissars that are currently not assigned to another unit. Should any component of the Pillow Fortress Armed Forces mutiny against the Princess and her government, this unit can be called upon to quell any such coup or revolt.

The 4717th Spacy Training Legion is used for training new spacy commissars.
