The Militia Branch of the Department of Defense is the civilian leadership of the Order of the Militia.

The Militia Budget Committee allocates the Order of the Militia's discretionary budget.

Militia Procurement Committee

The Militia Procurement Committee determines what specific equipment, weapons, vehicles, and materiel the order needs. It is a joint civilian/military committee.
