Regarding the Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence

Pillowans are free to develop and deploy generative artificial intelligence systems and algorithms, and are free to use anything for the training data of said systems and algorithms, so long as such data is not protected by any regime of classification, official secrecy, or reasonable expectation of privacy, including but not limited to medical records, content falling under attorney-client privilege, and transcripts or recordings of conversations not held in public nor previously cleared for release by one or more of their participants. The question of whether or not the output of generative artificial intelligence is eligible for copyright protections will be determined at a later date in advance of or in conjunction with the establishment of laws regarding Fortressian copyright.
