Department of Justice
The Department of Justice oversees and manages the administration of the Principality's law. Its secretary is recommended by the Council of State.
The Department of Justice adheres to the Typical Organization Framework in addition to the following components:
Branches
Community Peacekeeping Branch
The Community Peacekeeping Branch oversees the Principality's civilian law enforcement, the Peacekeepers.
Consumer Protection Branch
The Consumer Protection Branch defends the rights of consumers by investigating fraudulent or otherwise criminal enterprises that may seek to take advantage of them, as well as educating the public about scams.
Criminal Prosecution Branch
The Criminal Prosecution Branch carries out criminal prosecutions on behalf of the Principality.
Internally Displaced Persons Branch
The Internally Displaced Persons Branch oversees and manages those individuals housed in state custody as amends for crimes they have been convicted of.
Committees
Justice Ethics Committee
The Justice Ethics Committee sets standards for ethical behavior on the part of the various legal professions such as judge and lawyer. It has the power to remove legal qualifications from any individual it finds to be in breach of these ethical standards.
Independent Agencies
Domestic Intelligence Agency
The Domestic Intelligence Agency is the Principality's main internal security organization. It is a member of the Pillow Fortress Intelligence Community.
State Lawyer Society
The State Lawyer Society is the licensing body for all lawyers within the Principality. It sets the necessary qualifications to practice law.

Office of the Secretary of Justice
The Office of the Secretary of Justice consists of the Secretary of Justice and their support staff. It is the main organ through which the department is managed on the day-to-day level.
Office of the Undersecretary of Administration, Department of Justice
The Office of the Undersecretary of Administration, Department of Justice is responsible for all those organizational components of the department which fall under the TOF.
