Below is the verbatim text of Royal Decree 00001, formatted for view on the wiki.

A New Legal System

The Codex Juliana is hereby abolished and rendered null and void as the law of the Pillow Fortress. It is to be archived, and any relevant laws worth maintaining ported to the Pillow Fortress Code, which shall henceforth be the collected laws of the Principality, excluding royal decrees, which are to remain separate.
