Further Territorial Claims In Outer Space

In accordance with the Principality's constitutional right to "acquire territory for itself anywhere, at any time, for any reason, by any means", the following territorial claims within the Sol system are hereby made, to be integrated into the Pillow Fortress in whatever manner the government deems fit, entitled to all the same dignity as any other territorial claim:

1. Proxima Sol Economic Zone (PSEZ), consisting of a contiguous, spheroidal volume of space, the outer edge being bounded by the halfway point between the orbits of Mercury and Venus, and the inner edge terminating at the surface of the sun, Sol. All celestial bodies located within the PSEZ, including but not limited to the planet Mercury and any vulcanoids, are included in this claim as the exclusive property of the Principality.

2. Morning Star Colony (MSC), consisting of any and all artificial habitats and structures built by the Principality in the upper atmosphere or in orbit of the planet Venus. Such claims are not bound to specific geographic dimensions, but are those areas necessary for the safe and continued operation of the habitats and structures.

3. Clair de Lune Colony (CLC), consisting of any artificial habitats and structures built by the Principality on Earth's moon and any surrounding areas necessary for the safe and continued operation of the habitats and structures. Total land claims on Earth's moon as part of the CLC shall be no greater than twenty-three percent (23%) of the moon's total surface area.

4. Lagrangian Archipelagos (L1A, L2A, L3A, L4A, L5A), consisting of volumes of space in the five Earth-Sol Lagrange points necessary for the construction and maintenance of artificial habitats and their long term/indefinite occupation by the Principality.

5. The Pillow Fortress reserves the right to claim any number of asteroids of the asteroid belt, but does not do so at this time.

6. Helium Shores Colony (HSC), consisting of all artificial habitats and structures which may be built by the Principality in orbit of the planet Jupiter. Such claims are not bound to specific geographic dimensions, but are those areas necessary for the safe and continued operation of the habitats and structures.

7. New Byrd Land Colony (NBLC), consisting of no greater than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total surface area of the Jovian moon Europa.

8. Hades Colony (HC), consisting of no greater than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total surface area of the Jovian moon Io.

9. Cherubim's Glory Colony (CGC), consisting of all artificial habitats and structures which may be built by the Principality in orbit of the planet Saturn. Such claims are not bound to specific geographic dimensions, but are those areas necessary for the safe and continued operation of the habitats and structures.

10. Alter-Pacifica Colony (APC), consisting of no greater than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total surface area of Saturn's moon Titan, specifically including Kraken Mare.

11. Sideways Colony (SC), consisting of all artificial habitats and structures which may be built by the Principality in orbit of the planet Uranus. Such claims are not bound to specific geographic dimensions, but are those areas necessary for the safe and continued operation of the habitats and structures.

12. Alter-Atlantica Colony (AAC), consisting of all artificial habitats and structures which may be built by the Principality in orbit of the planet Neptune. Such claims are not bound to specific geographic dimensions, but are those areas necessary for the safe and continued operation of the habitats and structures.

13. The Pillow Fortress reserves the right to claim any number of objects of the Kuiper belt, but does not do so at this time.

14. The Pillow Fortress reserves the right to claim any number of objects of the scattered disc, but does not do so at this time.

15. The Pillow Fortress reserves the right to claim any number of objects of the Oort cloud, but does not do so at this time.

Additionally, the Pillow Fortress reserves the right to construct artificial satellites and space stations in orbit of any celestial body or at any Lagrange point, not merely those claimed above, as well as the right to make further territorial claims in outer space.
