The Pillow Fortress Film Studio (PFFS) is a state owned state operated (SOSO) business under the authority of the Department of Culture responsible for film production. It is a member of the State Entertainment Business Alliance and adheres to the Typical Organization Framework in addition to the following components:

The College of Film Directors consists of individual film directors on call to work for PFFS projects.

The Independent Film Grants Committee provides monetary and other resources to independent filmmakers on a case by case basis.

The Movie Production Budget Committee determines the budget for the PFFS's various film projects.
