The Party Organization Branch of the Libertine Party staffs non-appointed positions within the Party. This includes but is not limited to accountants, secretaries, public relations and social media managers, custodial workers, and any other staff which may be necessary for the functioning of the party. Not all such staff must be members of the Party, however it is encouraged. Additionally the branch also manages the purchase and stewardship of properties and equipment for use by the Party.

The Office of the Chief of Party Organization is the main organ through which the branch is run day-to-day.

Material Sections
Party Land Section
The Party Land Section purchases and maintains land for use by the Party. Such land is purchased at the state level and distributed to local party chapters as necessary.
Party Office and Other Supplies Section
The Party Office and Other Supplies Section doesn't so much specifically purchase office supplies for the Party, but rather negotiates for bulk pricing discounts and deals on behalf of the Party which other Party branches and subordinate and affiliated organizations can take advantage of.
Party Vehicle Section
The Party Vehicle Section purchases and maintains the Party's fleets of vehicles.
Personnel Sections
Party Staff Benefits Section
The Party Staff Benefits Section manages the employee benefits given to staff. To encourage both a high quality of applicant and their subsequent loyalty, such benefits are typically greater than what is available for equivalent positions located outside the Party.
Party Staff Human Relations Section
The Party Staff Human Relations Section manages the human relations (HR) of the Party.
Party Staff Placement Section
The Party Staff Placement Section oversees the filling of the various positions and jobs within the Party.
Party Staff Recruitment Section
The Party Staff Recruitment Section is tasked with finding and enticing qualified and skilled individuals to apply to work within the Party.
