Honors and Noble Titles Bureau

The Honors & Noble Titles Bureau assists the Princess in granting decorations, honors, and noble titles to citizens of the Principality as a reward for outstanding service to the state.

Committees

Decorations and Honors Committee

The Decorations and Honors Committee recommends the adoption of new decorations, honors, and noble titles, as well as maintains the standards of existing decorations, honors, and noble titles.

Honors and Noble Titles Budget Committee

The Honors and Noble Titles Budget Committee allocates the bureau's budget.

Nobility Selection Committee

The Nobility Selection Committee recommends to the Princess those individuals who it determines should be granted noble titles. The Princess is not obligated to follow the committee's recommendations.

Nobless Oblige carries out charitable activity domestically and internationally on behalf of and in the name of the Fortressian Nobility.

Pillow Fortress Heraldry Society

The Pillow Fortress Heraldry Society creates coats of arms for those granted noble titles.

The Office of the Chief of Honors and Noble Titles runs the bureau day-to-day.

The Office of the Keeper of the Honor Map maintains the Fortressian Honor Map, an important tool used in the granting of noble titles.

The Greater Nobility Registry is the official list of all members of the greater nobility.

The Petite Nobility Registry is the official list of all members of the petite nobility.

Potential Nobles Vetting Service

The Potential Nobles Vetting Service carries out background checks on individuals under consideration for being granted a noble title.
