The 4708th Reserve Light Infantry Legion consists of coast guard commissars that are currently not assigned to another unit. Should any component of the Pillow Fortress Armed Forces mutiny against the Princess and her government, this unit can be called upon to quell any such coup or revolt.

4718th Coast Guard Training Legion

The 4718th Coast Guard Training Legion is used for training new coast guard commissars.
