Development of Party Culture

As the Principality moves to proactively develop its culture, the Libertine Party shall do likewise, developing for itself and its members customs, celebrations, literature, philosophy, and vocabulary. These efforts are to be organized under the name "Project LC" as a joint project of the Party Information Branch, the Party Morale Branch, and the Young Libertines, though all Party organs are encouraged to participate so long as doing so does not detract from their primary functions.
