Regarding Extraterrestrial Salvage

Any artificial, constructed, or manufactured objects not originating within the territory of the Principality or with the approval or sanction of the Fortressian government, that come to rest within the territorial boundaries of any of the Principality's extraterrestrial territories, or in stable orbit above the same, including but not necessarily limited to Proxima Sol Economic Zone, Morning Star Colony, Clair de Lune Colony, L1 Archipelago, L2 Archipelago, L3 Archipelago, L4 Archipelago, L5 Archipelago, Olympus Mons Colony, Helium Shores Colony, New Byrd Land Colony, Hades Colony, Cherubim's Glory Colony, Alter-Pacifica Colony, Sideways Colony, and Alter-Atlantica Colony, shall be subject to seizure and salvage by the Fortressian government, individual Pillowans and their businesses, and any subject granted approval to do so by appropriate authorities within the Fortressian government empowered by the reigning Princess to grant such rights to non-citizens.

An exception to the above provision is hereby made for any artificial, constructed, or manufactured objects remaining on the surface of Earth's moon left by any of the following missions: Apollo 11, Apollo 12, Apollo 14, Apollo 15, Apollo 16, and Apollo 17, with all care being taken to preserve them where and in what condition they are in.
