Proper Archival Procedures
In order to leave for future generations a rational and sensible means by which they may search through archived government material, the following standards are to be implemented going forward:
1. All government documents, when archived, are to be given a name in the following format: [Prefix]-[Date]-[Location]-[Subject]-[Sequence]
2. All government documents, when archived, are to be given metadata in line with the Dublin Core Metadata Terms standards.
Signed,
Her Majesty, First Princess Julia Platz-Halter
