Her Majesty's Royal Guild is one of the permanent members of the Council of Labor. Unlike the other guilds it has no internal structure or subordinate organizations, and only one member, the reigning Princess. This guild serves as the legal means by which she may use the power granted to her in the Constitution to cast a tie breaking vote in the council.
