The Urban Planning Branch of the Department of Housing & Urban Development oversees the creation and renewal of Fortressian towns, cities, and settlements.
Colleges
College of Urban Planners and Architects
The College of Urban Planners and Architects consists of all such individuals who can be called upon to lend their expertise in the development of Fortressian towns, cities, and settlements.
Committees
New Urban Development Recommendation Committee
The New Urban Development Recommendation Committee oversees development proposals from Provincial governments and determines if they meet acceptable standards of urban planning, and if not, what must be changed in order for them to meet said standards.

The Office of the Undersecretary of Urban Planning is the main organ through which the branch is run day-to-day.
