The College of Urban Planners and Architects consists of all such individuals who can be called upon to lend their expertise in the development of Fortressian towns, cities, and settlements.

New Urban Development Recommendation Committee
The New Urban Development Recommendation Committee oversees development proposals from Provincial governments and determines if they meet acceptable standards of urban planning, and if not, what must be changed in order for them to meet said standards.
