The Client State Branch of the Department of Territory manages and oversees the Principality's client states and client non-state entities.

Corvus Section
The Corvus Section is responsible for the Pillow Fortress's stewardship of the Dominion of Corvus, containing those components of its governing structures handled directly by the Principality.
Serene Gate Section
The Serene Gate Section is responsible for the Pillow Fortress's stewardship of the Republic of the Serene Gate, containing those components of its government handled directly by the Principality.
