The Department of Public Services oversees and manages the distribution and availability of public services which the Principality's citizens are entitled to.
The Department of Public Services adheres to the Typical Organization Framework in addition to the following components:
Independent Agencies
Fire Fighting Brigade
The Fire Fighting Brigade carries out fire fighting operations within the Pillow Fortress. It creates standards of training, recruitment, and develops new techniques and equipment for fire fighting, as well as operates the Principality's network of fire stations.

Office of the Secretary of Public Services
The Office of the Secretary of Public Services consists of the Secretary of Public Services and their support staff. It is the main organ through which the department is managed on the day-to-day level.
Office of the Undersecretary of Administration, Department of Public Services
The Office of the Undersecretary of Administration, Department of Public Services is responsible for all those organizational components of the department which fall under the TOF.
Office of the Undersecretary of SOSO Businesses, Department of Public Services
The Office of the Undersecretary of SOSO Businesses, Department of Public Services is responsible for overseeing the various state owned state operated businesses subordinate to the department.

Pillow Fortress Intranet
The Pillow Fortress Intranet is an extension onto the currently existing internet for citizens of the Pillow Fortress. It uses its own set of protocols in addition to allowing connections to the regular internet. The physical infrastructure and software backends for the Pillow Fortress Intranet are maintained by the Pillow Fortress Internet Agency.

Identification Card Printing Service
The Identification Card Printing Service manufactures all identification cards in use by the Principality and its citizens, excluding passports.

Pillow Post is the Principality's official mail carrier.
Pillow Fortress Water, Electric, and Essential Utilities Company
the Pillow Fortress Water, Electric, and Essential Utilities Company is the consumer facing provider of all essential utilities within the Principality.
Pillow Fortress Waste Disposal Company
The Pillow Fortress Waste Disposal Company is responsible for the weekly pickup of garbage throughout, as well as operating the Principality's network of dumps and recycling centers.
Pillow Telephony
Pillow Telephony provides telecommunication services to the government and its citizens.
