Full Suite Combat Capable Futures (FSCCF) is a collection of interrelated and ongoing projects of the Department of Defense, Platinum Band, and People's Army to determine all the equipment, including but not limited to uniforms, tools, weapons, and vehicles, that would be needed in order to provide the Principality with a competitive and competent war fighting capability. Recommendations made by the FSCCF do not necessarily go on to be approved by the DoD for procurement, but serve as examples to assist in that process. Because warfighting is constantly changing, the defense needs of the Pillow Fortress are always in flux, and so the recommendations may also change over time.

The FSCCF Oversight Committee keeps the projects on track and on time.
Offices
Office of the FSCCF Chief
The Office of the FSCCF Chief is the main organ through which the projects are run day-to-day.
Office of the FSCCF Inspector
The Office of the FSCCF Inspector investigates the FSCCF in order to prevent, minimize, and expose possible instances of corruption and other activities which might compromise the projects.
Office of the FCSSF Liaison Officer
The Office of the FCSSF Liaison Officer interfaces with the FCSSF on behalf of the participating militaries. The position is nominated by the Combined Operations Staff Committee and approved by the Secretary of Defense.
