Codex Juliana

The Codex Juliana was the first legal code of the Pillow Fortress, being promulgated shortly after the founding of the Principality. It was never in any sense "complete" or fit for day-to-day use, as only its preamble and thirteen of thirty titles had any legal content. Rather than laboring within the framework of the Codex (and because the name came to be viewed by the First Princess as unnecessarily egotistical) it was abolished by Royal Decree 00001 and replaced by the Pillow Fortress Code.
