The Disease Control Agency (DCA) is an independent agency under the authority of the Department of Health which combats infectious disease within the Principality. It adheres to the Typical Organization Framework in addition to the following components:
Networks
DCA Laboratory Network
The DCA Laboratory Network consists of all such locations operated by the DCA.
DCA Strategic Stockpile Network
The DCA Strategic Stockpile Network consists of stockpiles of PPE and common medicines which can be distributed to populations in the event of epidemic or pandemic.
Offices
Office of the Chief of Disease Control
The Office of the Chief of Disease Control is the main organ through which the agency is run day-to-day.
Sections
Contingency Planning Section
The Contingency Planning Section produces action plans based on a variety of possible scenarios which can serve as guides in case of actual emergencies.
Disease Research Section
The Disease Research Section studies infectious disease and develops treatments for them.
Interstate Health Crises Coordination Section
The Interstate Health Crises Coordination Section coordinates with equivalent foreign agencies to share information, and respond to epidemics and pandemics which may cross borders.
Vital Materials Distribution Section
The Vital Materials Distribution Section oversees the distribution of PPE and medicines.
Vital Materials Strategic Stockpile Section
The Vital Materials Strategic Stockpile Section manages the DCA's strategic stockpiles of PPE and medicines, ensuring that they are in working order, up to date, and not expired.

The Disease Information Bulletin Service provides information to the government and citizens of the Principality on the topics of disease control and prevention.
DCA Testing Service
The DCA Testing Service carries out disease testing.
Taskforces
DCA Field Research Taskforces
DCA Field Research Taskforces are ad hoc groups dispatched to locations experiencing disease outbreaks in order to gather information.
