The Fortressian Sol System Governing Regime - Terrestrial Territories Excluded (FSSGR - TTE) is an umbrella organization which coordinates and directs all of the Principality's claimed territories located off the planet Earth in outer space, as well as providing various services which advance the development of those territories and the wider exploration and usage of outer space by the Pillow Fortress. Responsibility for the FSSGR - TTE's component entities are shared between it and the other branches of the Fortressian government as would otherwise be the case, as it is not intended to in any way replace or supersede the current constitutionally established order, but rather exists as a necessary consequence due to how different life in space is expected to be compared to life on Earth. The FSSGR - TTE was established by Royal Decree 00018.

The Space Culture Commission develops and sponsors media and events with a focus on positioning the exploration and exploitation of outer space as a central feature of Fortressian Culture.

The Space Economics Research Commission studies existing and possible economic activity in outer space and how best to implement such policies in ways that benefit in the Principality and its citizens and, its subjects.
Space Health and Habitat Commission
The Space Health and Habitat Commission researches potential means of long term human habitation in outer space.
Space Infrastructure and Transport Commission
The Space Infrastructure and Transport Commission studies potential means of traveling through outer space, as well as solving certain logistical problems which might arise operating across such a vast and unfamiliar environment as the interplanetary medium.
Space Law Commission
The Space Law Commission studies the potential legal ramifications which might arise from a spacefaring civilization, and works to develop a "law of the void" analogous to the "law of the sea".
SOSO Businesses
Six state owned and state operated (SOSO) businesses manage the bulk of Fortressian commercial interests relating to space. Due to the enormous amount of potential wealth theorized to be accessible in space, the decision was made to not have one single entity fill this role, as it might become too powerful, too bloated, or both. For stylistic reasons relating to early Fortressian prehistory, they are all named after moons of the planet Uranus.
