The Fortressian Border and Customs Administration (FBCA) is an independent agency of the Department of Immigration & Emigration that maintains the integrity of the Principality's borders. Despite how open the Pillow Fortress is to immigration, it maintains its right to deny entry to individuals as well as contraband material as determined in relevant law.
