Project C

Project C is a project of the government of the Principality to grow and enrich the culture of the Pillow Fortress. Begun by the Princess in the year 5 via royal decree, it has no set end or responsible organization, but is subject to independent review every five years. Project C has been criticized by some in the independent Fortressian press as there has yet to be any media or other cultural content released under its name, however it has not been cancelled and remains active.
