The People's Labor Force is a paramilitary of the Pillow Fortress that provides emergency labor services to critical industries in times of crisis. Together with the People's Army and the Home Front it forms a key component of the Principality's system of civil defense. In times of peace the People's Labor Force is under the authority of the People's Labor Force Branch of the Department of Labor Coordination, and is transferred to the Department of Defense in times of war.
