The Department of Labor Coordination oversees and manages the Principality's work placement and labor programs. Its secretary is recommended by the Council of Labor.

Branches
Individual Evaluation Branch
The Individual Evaluation Branch sets the various physical and mental standards necessary for different jobs within the Principality, and creates methods by which Pillowans may be quickly and accurately assessed. In this role, it controls the vital function of triage between the People's Army, People's Labor Force, and the Home Front.
Labor Assignment Branch
The Labor Assignment Branch manages the Principality's voluntary work placement scheme.
Labor Relations Branch
The Labor Relations Branch manages the relationship between the government and labor, and between independent businesses and labor as directed by the Council of Labor.
People's Labor Force Branch
The People's Labor Force Branch maintains and utilizes the People's Labor Force during peacetime.

The Office of the Secretary of Labor Coordination consists of the Secretary of Labor Coordination and their support staff. It is the main organ through which the department is managed on the day-to-day level.

The Office of the Undersecretary of Administration, Department of Labor Coordination is responsible for all those organizational components of the department which fall under the TOF.
