The Summer Constitution, promulgated in the summer of 0/2018, was the first attempt at establishing a government under the framework provided by the State Charter. In effect it merely formalized the structures and organizations which had already been developing for several months by that point. All major features of the current Constitution of the Year I were present, though unrefined. The most notable difference was the presence of a Supreme Court, which though operating much as the modern Xeer, gave a seat to the reigning Princess. The limitations of the Summer Constitution were apparent almost immediately, and no attempts were made to amend it. Instead it was abolished later the same year and replaced by the Autumn Constitution.
