Most Everywhere Chapteriat

The Most Everywhere Chapteriat is an administrative division used by the Libertine Party to organize the Pillowans Abroad Chapter. Defined as having jurisdiction across all non-Fortressian territory, the Most Everywhere Chapteriat (like the Pillowans Abroad Province of which it is roughly analogous) has the quirk of consisting of the entire universe aside from portions of Antarctica (see Marie Byrd Colony) and the claims of the FSSGR - TTE.
