The Pillowans Abroad Province is currently the only province of the Pillow Fortress. It is non-territorial, being that it consists of no space, but rather is a legal entity defined as constituting all Pillowans living outside of the physical territory of the Principality. In a time when the Pillow Fortress's only other claims are uninhabited and not integrated as first level administrative divisions, the Pillowans Abroad Province serves to facilitate the Council of Labor as a functioning council within the Directory. The province shall remain extant even in the event of further territorial claims, in order to provide expatriates with a means of better engaging with their government.
The population of the Pilowans Abroad Province is currently coterminous with the population of the Principality as a whole.
Cantons
Like all Fortressian provinces, the Pillowans Abroad Province is organized into cantons for administrative purposes. Note that the use of names of so-called "countries" below refer only to geographic entities and not sovereign states in keeping with the Principality's policy of Mutual International Non-Recognition.
Arctic Canton
The Arctic Canton consists of Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Svalbard, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Russia excluding Sakhalin.
Central American Canton
The Central American Canton consists of the continental United States, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, and French Guiana.
Antarctic Canton
The Antarctic Canton consists of Antarctica, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ecuador, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, South Africa, Eswatini, Namibia, Mozambique, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, and Tasmania.
Atlantic Canton
The Atlantic Canton consists of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, the Faroe Islands, Cape Verde, the Canary Islands, Jamaica, Dominica, Trinidad and Tobago, the Florida Keys, Barbados, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, São Tomé and Príncipe, and the Lesser Antilles.
African Canton
The African Canton consists of Algeria, Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, DR Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, the Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Western Sahara, and Zambia.

Central Eurasian Canton
The Central Eurasian Canton consists of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Yemen, Bahrain, Qatar, India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh.
East Eurasian Canton
The East Eurasian Canton consists of Mongolia, China, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia excluding the island of Borneo, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, and the Korean peninsula.
Allislandia Canton
The Allislandia Canton consists of Madagascar, Mauritius, the Seychelles, Comoros, the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, East Timor, Australia excluding Tasmania, Papua New Guinea, Brunei and the island of Borneo, the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Sakhalin, Fiji, New Zealand, Micronesia, Kiribati, the Marshal Islands, Nauru, Palau, Samoa, the Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Hawaii, and Hainan.
Miscellanea Canton
The Miscellanea Canton consists of all territory in the universe excluding the Earth, the territories of the FSSGR - TTE, and any other territories claimed by the Pillow Fortress.
