Autonomy

An Autonomy is a kind of Fortressian administrative division, specifically a subdivision of an Occupancy wherein civilian government has been provisionally established. The exact form of these civilian governments are heavily dependent on the location's unique circumstances, and may not reflect the final arrangement of the territory once the occupancy ends. Autonomies are subject to oversight from both the Pillow Fortress Armed Forces and any civilian organizations which may be empowered to do so.
