Individual Evaluation Branch

The Individual Evaluation Branch of the Department of Labor Coordination sets the various physical and mental standards necessary for different jobs within the Principality, and creates methods by which Pillowans may be quickly and accurately assessed. In this role, it controls the vital function of triage between the People's Army, People's Labor Force, and the Home Front.

The Individual Labor Standards Committee sets the physical and mental standards which determine the Department of Labor Coordination's recommendations. It has multiple subcommittees which focus on particular jobs and skills.

Career Counseling Section

The Career Counseling Section provides job and career counseling to the Fortressian public.

Labor Standards Evaluation Section

The Labor Standards Evaluation Section studies various jobs, occupations, careers, and work, and provides their findings to the Individual Labor Standards Committee.

Standardized Labor Aptitude Testing Section

The Standardized Labor Aptitude Testing Section Develops and administers various standardized testing to determine an individuals ability and likelihood to succeed at any given task.
