Citizenry

The Citizenry is the zeroth estate of the Pillow Fortress consisting of all its citizens, known as Pillowans. In a very real sense, the Principality exists to protect and facilitate the freedom and prosperity of the Citizenry, both its present and future members, giving it a central importance.
