The Inter-Royal Collective Defense (IRCD) is an international organization established by the Pillow Fortress through the Inter-Royal Collective Defense Treaty for the purposes of ensuring mutual defense and prosperity. Membership in the IRCD is open to any state, nation, or country which meets both of the following conditions:
- It is not a member of any other mutual defense treaty organization (for example, NATO)
- It has some form of monarchical government (absolute, constitutional, etc.)

Administrative Branches
IRCD Administration and Personnel Branch
The IRCD Administration and Personnel Branch oversees the staffing of those civilian positions necessary for the operation of the organization, as well as manages human resources and the acquisition of equipment.
IRCD Public Relations Branch
The IRCD Public Relations Branch represents the IRCD in the media, as well as engages with the general public through various outreach programs.

IRCD Intelligence Coordination Branch
The IRCD Intelligence Coordination Branch facilitates the sharing of vital defense and military intelligence between members.
Military Branches
IRCD Combat Coordination Branch
The IRCD Combat Coordination Branch oversees the integration of the various member states' militaries into cohesive fighting units.

The Inter-Royal Round Table is the decision making body of the IRCD, consisting of one representative appointed by each member state.
