The Local Party Chapters Branch of the Libertine Party provides support and oversight to the local chapters of the Party. Local party chapters are quasi-independent, in that they can organize and manage their own affairs, but still must follow a party line as handed down from the Politburo, and contribute to projects organized at the provincial level and state levels, as well as follow standards and practices set at those levels.

The Local Party Chapters Conduct Committee regulates local party chapter standards and practices in addition to any regulations and policies set by the Politburo.

The Local Party Chapter Establishment and Support Section is tasked with starting local party chapters where there are none, as well as providing continuing support to all local party chapters.
