Senate of the Serene Gate

The Senate of the Serene Gate is the legislature and highest governing authority of the Republic of the Serene Gate. It's membership is identical to that of the Department of Territory's Serene Gate Advisory and Oversight Committee, with its members being chosen by the Undersecretary of Client State Affairs. All legislation originates in the governing board as policy, and the act of establishing or enacting such constitutes the Senate passing it into law.
